PROMOTION BY CHAWENCO CPD ACADEMY
- This competition is organised by “Chawenco CPD Academy (Pty) Ltd” (the promoters) within South Africa.
- All persons entering this competition (“participants”) agree to the competition rules (“the rules”) and competition terms and conditions(“the T&C’s”) as set out below.
- This competition is open to any participant who is a citizen of South Africa, HPCSA Registered Counsellor, Psychologist, Psychometrist.
- The promoter reserve the right to amend The Rules and Terms and Conditions by notification at any time during the competition.
- The competition will run from 1 Jan 2024 until 30 September 2024.
- The promoter’s decision in this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZES:
- The Prizes are Calendar Year Membership that includes all Annual Clinical and Ethics points for 2024.
THE COMPETITION & RULES:
- This Promotional Competition opens on 1 Jan 2024 and closes on 30 September 2024.
- The Competition is limited to, 2024 clients purchases (invoice numbers) only.
- Prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
TO ENTER THE COMPETITION, THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL APPLY:
- THE PARTICIPANT MUST:
- Purchase 2023 Option A – Clinical & Ethics Points, for the sale price of R597 or normal price R 695
- Register with the 2023 Option A – Clinical & Ethics Points Invoice number.
- Participants must have a valid purchase receipt.
- THE INVOICE NUMBER WILL GO THROUGH A VALIDATION PROCESS BEFORE THE DRAW
- Chawenco Admin will validate the invoice number before the draw
- Participants may enter the Competition as many as they want.
THE DRAWS:
- The draws will take place at on 30 September 2024.
- The winners will be selected by means of a randomised ticket selection. The winner will be contacted via email or phone.
- The winner will be announced on social media platforms, e-mails and the website no later than October 2023
- PRIVACY DISCLOSURES
- The participant agrees to and understands that should his/her invoice be selected in the draw and s/he wins a prize, his/her name may be published on the Chawenco website and social media channels.
- The participant agrees to and understands that should his/her invoice number be selected in the draw and s/he wins a prize, a photograph of the winner together with a staff member of Chawenco may be published on the Chawenco CPD Academy social media channels or the website.
- CHAWENCO CPD ACADEMY 2024 COMPETITION RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT UPON REQUEST AND AT NO COST TO THE PARTICIPANT.
